Golden Eagles Close out Fall Season with Robbie Invitational
Tennessee Tech women’s golf looks to finish strong in The Robbie Invitational at the RTJ Hampton Cove Highlands Course hosted by Lipscomb Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in Huntsville, Ala.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Tennessee Tech women's golf looks to finish strong in The Robbie Invitational at the RTJ Hampton Cove Highlands Course hosted by Lipscomb Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in Huntsville, Ala.
Tech has finished in the Top 10 in three of four tournaments this fall, with a best finish of 2nd to begin the season in the Total Athlete Collegiate. Most recently, the Golden Eagles finished 14th in the Diamante Intercollegiate. Chloe Griffith led the team with a three-over score to finish 31st.
The three-day tournament gets underway at 8 a.m. CT on Friday, Oct. 31, with Tennessee Tech taking on the hosts Lipscomb, Belmont, Bellarmine, Georgia, Murray State, Morehead State, SMU, Evansville, Tennessee State, and UAB.
Tech has the second-lowest average score (301.8) in the OVC this season, with Griffith (74.8), Rhodes (74.9), and Lane (75.2) ranking in the Top 10 in the OVC in average per round. Tech has the most golfers in the Top 10 within the OVC with the lowest average scores. Check out the team's season stats here: FALL STATS.

RTJ Hampton Cove Highlands Golf Course is a Par 72, 6,226-yard course located in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.
The Golden Eagles wrap up the fall season with this competition and will be back in action with the BGSU Invitational at WigWam South hosted by Bowling Green in Glendale, Arizona on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
