South Florida sweeps Golden Eagles in final day of Coastal Carolina Invitational
CONWAY, S.C. – South Florida made Tennessee Tech work for every point on Saturday on the final day of the Coastal Carolina Invitational as the Bulls swept the Golden Eagles 5-0. Tech (2-9) returns to action on Tuesday and Thursday as it hosts its lone “home” action of the season as it hosts Colorado Mesa at 11 AM and 1 PM Central on Tuesday, then opens Ohio Valley Conference play on Thursday at 10 AM and 12 PM Central, weather permitting.

The Bulls' top pair, Cornelia Crudu and Zoey Mitchell, took both sets 21-9 against MK Roberts and Vivian RoBards, while Josephine Sek and Abigail Lagemann took the No. 2 matchup against Kyana Gabriel and Savannah Knepp 21-11 and 21-13.
Morgan Anderson and Ryann Genest defeated No. 3 Kaesha Walter and Jordyn Hamlin 21-14 and 21-11, while Bailey Poppe and Piper Jones fell 21-13 and 21-19 in the No. 4 pairing against Sasha Pasloski and Isabella Almedia.
Ariana Medchill and Katie Stewart beat Zoe Mish and Alanah Craig in the No. 5 pairing 21-10 and 21-11, while Audrey Kilgore and Maggie Kamp fell in an exhibition match to Addison Bounds and Alyx Zapatka 21-16 and 21-17.
