Brewer’s 400mH PR Highlights Golden Eagles’ Strong Showing at the Catamount Classic

In the long jump, Asharee Davis recorded a personal-best leap of 5.61m (18-05.00) to place third, while Sidnee Stanton claimed first with a mark of 5.70m (18-08.50).
Tyla Street added a season-best performance in the triple jump, reaching 11.57m (37-11.50) to finish fifth.
In the 100-meter hurdles, Carrie Flowers posted a personal-best time of 15.01, while Chase Wolfenbarger followed with a PR of 15.27.
Rachael Brewer delivered a standout performance in the 400-meter hurdles, running a personal-best time of 1:03.63 to finish fourth and move to second on the OVC performance list.
In the javelin, Angela Hoover recorded a career-best throw of 20.09m (65-11) to lead Tech's efforts.
The high jump group impressed, as Madison Johnson cleared a personal-best 1.68m (5-06.00) to tie for first in the event, while Ally Beneke placed third with a clearance of 1.63m (5-04.25).
The women's 4x100-meter relay team (H. Little, S. Stanton, C. Flowers, K. Winbush) clocked a season-best time of 46.71, moving to third on the OVC list.
Hannah Little recorded a personal-best 24.88 in the 200m to finish seventh.
In the 400m, Kyla Joy posted a personal-best time of 56.95 to place fifth, Annalee Seratt ran a PR of 59.40, and Aliyah Kennedy added a season-best 57.40.
Paris Bowles delivered one of the top performances of the meet, finishing second in the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:10.45.
The 1500m group continued to shine, led by Jane Lokiles' third-place finish in 4:41.82. Makaleigh Jessee followed in fifth with a time of 4:42.89, while Rylee Wells (4:44.05) and Zaely Tilt (4:55.81) each recorded season and personal bests, respectively.
In the 3000-meter steeplechase, Joy Jepleting placed second with a time of 11:33.64. Hannah Faudi added a fourth-place finish in 11:52.72, and Megan Forstner placed sixth in 12:17.86.
On the men's side, Carter Bradford continued his strong season, winning the 1500m with a personal-best time of 3:50.02.
Cruz Hesling closed the day out, delivering a dominant performance in the 3000-meter steeplechase, claiming first place with a personal-best time of 9:39.73.
