Tech Football Earns No. 13 seed and hosts the winner of North Dakota (7-5) at Tucker Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 29, at 12 p.m. CT on ESPN+.

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – OVC-Big South Champions Tennessee Tech (11-1, 8-0 OVC-Big South) earns the No. 13 seed and will host a first-round playoff game for the second time in program history. The Golden Eagles host North Dakota (7-5, 5-3 MVFC) at Tucker Stadium on Saturday, November 29, at 12 p.m. CT on ESPN+.

Tech grabs the No. 13 seed and will host an FCS Playoff game for the second time in program history, and will face North Dakota on Saturday, Nov. 29, at Tucker Stadium at 12 p.m. CT. This marks the first time since 2011 that the Golden Eagles have qualified for the NCAA Postseason. Tech has hosted both of those appearances.
This is just the second NCAA Tournament appearance in program history, as the Golden Eagles have made their mark on the history books of Tennessee Tech athletics.
The Golden Eagles (11-1, 8-0) finished the regular season with a 20-17 win over UT Martin, becoming the first team in program history to win 11 games and go undefeated in the Conference (8-0). Tech is the first team since Jacksonville State (2014-17) to finish unbeaten in OVC-Big South Association play.
