2020-21 (Sophomore): Boom appeared in all 16 of the team’s matches, competing in all 61 sets overall… led Tech and the OVC with 17 solo blocks… ranked second on squad and fifth in the league with 60 total blocks… paced the Golden Eagles and finished sixth in the conference with 0.98 blocks per set… was second on the purple and gold with 144 kills, 2.36 kills per set, a .229 hitting percentage, 43 block assists, and 182.5 points… rocked a career-high 14 kills on a .313 hitting percentage with three total blocks at Tennessee State (Mar. 14)… tallied a career-best four solo blocks at Austin Peay (Feb. 8)… registered a career-high six total blocks four different times, including back-to-back matches at Murray State (Mar. 21 & Mar. 22)… posted a career-best 17.0 points on 13 kills and six total blocks on the road against the Racers (Mar. 21)… totaled five or more total blocks in eight matches, including three of the final four on the year… recorded multiple solo blocks four times… notched double-digit kills eight times, including six of the final eight matches of the season… posted double figures in kills in each of the final four matches on the year… recorded at least one block in 14 of the team’s 16 matches.

MOREHEAD, Ky. – It was a tremendous defensive battle for the Tennessee Tech volleyball team on Wednesday night as the Golden Eagles put up a program-record 22 total blocks, edging the previous mark of 21.5 set against Southeast Missouri on Oct. 12, 2001. The effort helped lead Tech to a win in the opening set, but Morehead State eked out the second and third stanzas before pulling away in the fourth and deciding set to give the host Eagles a 3-1 victory at Johnson Arena.
