Spring 2019 (Sophomore): Bratton competed in three of Tech’s five spring tournaments, totaling nine rounds of action… secured her fifth 75 of the year in the second round of the EKU Colonel Classic (Mar. 29-30)… turned in her best finish of the spring by tying for 26th with a 230 at the same event… named the team’s Most Improved Player for the year after shaving five shots from her freshman scoring average… completed her sophomore campaign with a scoring average of 79.60.
Fall 2018 (Sophomore): Bratton took part in four of the team’s five fall events, finishing 11 rounds of play… posted her best finish of the year by tying for 17th at the Town and Country Invitational (Oct. 29-30) with a 150 between two rounds… shot her low round for the fall of 75 four times… finished the semester with a scoring average of 79.82.
Spring 2018 (Freshman): Bratton participated in two of Tech’s five events in the spring, totaling five rounds of action… tallied a 255 in her first career event at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate (Mar. 18-20)… posted a 168 in the two-round EKU Colonel Classic… wrapped up her first season with an 84.60 scoring average.
Fall 2017 (Freshman): Bratton did not compete during the fall season.
High School: Bratton was a two-sport athlete at Trinity Christian Academy, earning four letters in golf for head coach Phillip Robinson and three letters in basketball for head coach Mathew Coble… led TCA to both district and region titles all four years… captured the District 15 A-AA individual titles as a freshman, sophomore and junior and was runner-up as a senior… also took home Region 8 A-AA individual titles as a sophomore and junior and runner-up honors as a senior… named the TSSAA State runner-up as a senior… won the FCA Invitational as a junior… finished as the Dyersburg Invitational as runner-up as a junior and won the tournament as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Russell and Amber Bratton… born December 16, 1998… full name is Hannah Elise Bratton… father, Russell, played baseball at Memphis from 1996-99… grandfather, Randy Bratton, played baseball at Columbia State CC from 1969-70 and at Middle Tennessee from 1971-72.
Academic: Majoring in marketing… named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll four times and to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll twice… earned the OVC’s Medal of Honor in 2017-18.
