Tech Cross Country Prepares for NCAA South Regionals
Tennessee Tech prepares to compete in the 2025 NCAA South Regionals hosted by the University of North Alabama.

Huntsville, Ala- Tennessee Tech prepares to compete in the 2025 NCAA South Regionals hosted by the University of North Alabama on Friday.
The 2025 NCAA DI Cross Country South Regional will be held at the John Hunt Cross Country Course in Huntsville, AL on November 14th. The women's 6k begins at 8:30 a.m. CT and the men's 10k begins at 9:30 a.m. CT. The University of North Alabama last hosted the NCAA Division I South Regional Cross Country Championships in 2022.

The men's team finished 5th at the OVC Championships, with Carter Bradford leading the way with a 2nd place finish. Bradford's personal best of 24:22.83 gave him the sixth fastest 8k time in program history. The men's team qualifiers for the South Regional Championships are listed below.

The women's team brought home the OVC Championship for the first time in program history. Naomy Lokiles led the team with a personal best time of 21:26.5 and a 6th place finish. Makaleigh Jessee finished in 7th with a personal best time of 21:27.9. The team qualified for the South Regional Championships during the race. Peter Dalton was named Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year after the victory. The women's team qualifiers for the South Regional Championships are listed below.
