High School: Knoyle lettered in both track & field and cross country at Edwardsville High School in Edwardsville, Ill., competing for head coaches Camilla Eberlin, Keri Burmester, and George Patrylak… led EHS to four conference titles and a sectional championship and the cross country team to three conference crowns… named Team MVP twice for cross country and three times for track & field… selected as the Alton Road Runner of the Year two times… was a two-time Edwardsville Intelligencer MVP of the Year two times and a Big River Running First Team selection twice… earned a spot on the All-Metro Decade Team… placed fifth at the State meet in the 4x800 meter relay as a sophomore and 14th in the state cross country championships… earned a fourth-place finish at the indoor state meet in the 4x800 meter relay as a junior… during her senior campaign, placed seventh in the state indoor meet in the 4x800 meter relay and qualified for the 800-meter dash… turned in career-bests of 17:14 in the 3-mile run, 5:08 in the mile-run, and 2:20 in the 800-meter dash.
