Tech/Gardner-Webb football game moved up to 1 p.m. Central
BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – With Tropical Storm Helene and its effects wreaking havoc on North Carolina, the start time for Saturday’s football game at Gardner-Webb has been pushed up to a 2 p.m. Eastern / 1 p.m. Central kickoff. Crews are working to restore power to the affected areas and the game will kick off at 2 p.m. Eastern regardless of whether power is available or not. This will also affect the availability of live stats, radio and ESPN+ broadcasts as the efforts are being made to restore utilities to Boiling Springs and its surrounding areas. Further updates will be relayed through TTUsports.com as well as Tech Football’s social media accounts.
