Started 17 games, including eight of the last nine, and played in 29...notched six double-doubles...averaged 11.0 points per game to rank second on the team and 22nd in the OVC...was named to the OVC All-Tournament team for his performance during Tech’s run to the championship game in which he averaged a double-double, scoring 13.3 points and pulling down 11.3 rebounds per game...was named Most Improved player on the team...ranked sixth in the league in defensive rebounding, grabbing 4.3 per game, and eighth in total rebounding with an average of 5.8 boards per game, the best on the team...enjoyed his best rebounding game in a first-round OVC Tournament victory over Tennessee-Martin in which he pulled down 16 boards...shot 49 percent from the field to rank seventh in the OVC...scored in double-figures in 17 games and posted a season-high 23 points at Tennessee-Martin on Feb. 12...shot 36 percent (5-for-14) from three-point range and 72 percent (92-for-127) from the charity stripe...averaged 1.2 steals and 1.0 assists per game.

Played basketball all four years of high school, playing his first three years at Mt. Zion HS and playing his senior season at Riverdale HS in Riverdale, Ga…averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds and five assists his senior season, and broke the school scoring record set by current L.A. Laker Josh Powell…saved his best for last, as he scored 49 points on Senior Night…earned first-team all-region and first-team all-southern crescent honors…was high school teammate of fellow Tech junior Terrell Barnes.
