In 2014-15 (Junior): Nicholson saw action in 26 games, including starting one … she averaged 9.7 minutes per game ... led the team in blocks five times … scored 39 points on the season…grabbed a career-high 7 rebounds at Valparaiso (11/22)… played a career-high 19 minutes at Wake Forest (11/18) … swatted a career-best two blocks against South Alabama (12/16).

In 2013-14 (Sophomore):  Tia saw action in 19 games this … scored a career high nine points against Tennessee Wesleyan (11/9) … snagged three rebounds versus Tennessee Wesleyan and Alcorn State (12/5) … tallied five blocks on the season … averaged 1.7 points per game and .8 rebounds per game.

In 2012-13 (Freshman):  Tia saw action in 15 games for the Golden Eagles...averaged 1.3 rebounds and 0.7 points per game.

High School: Tia comes from Tech from Clarksville High School where she received four letters as a member of the basketball team playing forward/center… named All-District and made three appearances in the state championship… averaged 10 points per game, 10 rebounds, four steals, four blocks, and eight assists.
