In 2016 (Junior): Sarah appeared in 37 games, making 24 starts for the Golden Eagles...hit .225 (16-71) with 17 runs scored, five homeruns, two doubles, and 13 RBI...collected hits in six-straight games, including homeruns at Southeast Missouri and Western Kentucky from Apr. 9-16...hit a solo-blast to right center to cut the Morehead lead to 2-1 in the OVC Tournament on May 12...recorded career-high three RBI at Austin Peay with a solo-homerun, RBI-double and RBI-single.

Golden Eagles season officially comes to a close with 2-1 loss to Morehead State in OVC Tourney

The Tennessee Tech softball (23-33, 14-13 OVC) season officially came to an end Thursday when the Golden Eagles fell to Morehead State (26-26, 12-12 OVC) on day two of the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament. The No. 7 seed Eagles defeated Tech, the No. 6 seed, 2-1, at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Ala. to knock the Golden Eagles out of the tourney.
