2021-22 (Freshman): Nelson-Ododa sat out the 2021-22 season as a redshirt.
High School: Nelson-Ododa lettered at Winder-Barrow High School in Winder, Ga. for head coach Travis McDaniel… averaged 13.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 5.2 blocks per game while shooting better than 35 percent from 3-point range as a senior… earned All-Region 8-AAAAAA honors… selected to play for the North Georgia All-Star Classic Senior Boys Team South squad… named Athens Banner-Herald All-Area as a junior and senior… named to the Preseason All-State Third Team heading into his senior campaign… listed as a three-star recruit by both Rivals and 247Sports in 2021.
