2016-17 (Junior): Ramsey started 30 times while appearing in all 32 games, averaging 26.5 minutes per game… averaged 9.5 points and 4.4 rebounds per game… led the team with a 50.6 shooting percentage from the field… ranked second on the team with 33 steals and led all big men with 42 assists… scored a career-high 19 points in back-to-back games against Murray State (Jan. 7) and at Southeast Missouri (Jan. 10)… hauled in a season-high 10 rebounds for his second career double-double at Eastern Illinois (Feb. 4)… tallied a career-high four steals both at Miami (Ohio) (Dec. 22) and at Southeast Missouri (Jan. 10)… scored in double figures 14 times, including five of the final seven games… led the team in rebounds nine times and posted five or more boards in 15 games.

2015-16 (Sophomore): Ramsey appeared in all 31 contests, making one start and averaging 16.4 minutes per game… averaged 5.7 points and 2.4 rebounds per game… shot an even 50 percent from the field and drained 74.0 percent of his free throw attempts… dished out 14 assists and posted 10 blocks and 17 steals… made his first collegiate start against Southeast Missouri (Jan. 16), recording 10 points, a season-high seven rebounds and two blocks… scored a season-best 17 points against UC Clermont (Nov. 28)… dropped 15 points against Jacksonville State (Feb. 13)… racked up 10 points a season-high three steals in Tech’s win over Belmont (Jan. 30)… scored in double figures five times on the year.

2014-15 (R-Freshman): Ramsey played in 26 games, averaging 9.3 minutes per game… shot 45.1 percent from the field while averaging 3.3 points per game… added 2.3 rebounds per contest… posted his first career double-double in his first career game, scoring a season-high 14 points and hauling in a season-best 14 rebounds against Piedmont International (Nov. 14)… posted his second double-digit scoring effort against Tennessee State (Feb. 12).

2013-14 (Freshman): Ramsey sat out the 2013-14 season as a redshirt after making the roster as a walk-on.

High School: Ramsey was a four-year letter winner under Jimmy Miller at Livingston Academy… earned Region 4-AA MVP all four years while at LA… led his team to four region championships, three district championships, and three state tournament appearances… was nominated for the Class AA Mr. Basketball award as a senior… in his final season, averaged 23 points per game, 14 rebounds per game, and led his team to a 28-7 overall record… finished his career averaging a double-double with 16 points per contest and 12 boards per contest.

Personal: Son of Lisa and John Ramsey… born November 16, 1994… full name is Mason Cole Ramsey… the cousin of former Tech football player Jeremy McDonald… married the former Rachel Eden, May 21, 2016.

Academic: Pursuing a master’s degree in business administration… earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Tech in May 2017... named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll eight times and the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll three times.
