Selected to play in the Gwinnett County All-Star game as a senior, he went on to be named the game’s Defensive MVP...first-team all-Gwinnett County selection at Collins High School, he was also a Class 7-5A all-region pick after piling up 88 total tackles and 11 tackles-for-loss...also had four quarterback sacks, caused two fumbles, recovered three fumbles and was credited with 20 quarterback pressures...also earned prep letters in basketball and track & field.
