High School: Brugere comes to Tech from Francis Howell High School in Missouri, where she was a libero for four years under Stacy Smith… tallied 1,217 digs and 77 aces in her career… named to the Gateway Athletic Conference South Division first team, the MHSVA Class 4 all-district second team and the AVCA All-America watch list in 2017… was also Class 4 all-region in 2016… helped Howell to a runner-up finish at the class 4 state volleyball tournament in 2016… also ran track throughout high school, specializing in the 400 and 800 meters… finished ninth at the 2018 state meet in the 800 meters and also qualified in the 4x800m relay.

Personal: Mother, Pam Phillips, played basketball at Weatherford College in Weatherford, Texas… sister Kirsten is a senior libero for Tech volleyball.
