In 2016 (Junior): Danielle appeared in 36 games, starting in 28 for the Golden Eagles...went 15-14 from the circle with 18 complete games, 5/1 shutouts, and three saves, tossing 168.2 innings on the year...finished eighth in the OVC with 15 wins, a 2.74 ERA, 227 strikeouts, and 168.2 innings pitched...her 227 strikeouts on the season ranked her second in the OVC and 17th in the NCAA..ranked second in the OVC in conference play with a 10-5 record, 1.46 ERA, 134 strikeouts, and 100 innings pitched...claimed adidas® OVC Pitcher of the Week honors on May 9 when she threw a four-hit complete game shutout in game one versus Eastern Kentucky and retired 10 batters at the dish while walking only one, and held the Colonels to a .167 batting average...named to the 2016 All-OVC second team...recorded a season-high 13 strikeouts on four different occasions...recorded a one-hit complete game shutout versus Liberty on Mar. 4 and a five-hit complete game shutout versus Bradley on Mar. 15.

In 2014 (Freshman): Danielle served as the Golden Eagle ace as just a freshman, leading the team with 28 starts, 19 complete games, and 169.2 innings…named to the OVC All-Newcomer Team…posted a team best 15 wins, 2.89 ERA, four shutouts, one save, and 143 strikeouts…allowed only 156 hits in 169.2 innings of work…dominated in OVC play with a 10-2 record, 1.96 ERA, surrendering only 56 hits in 82 innings…closed out the regular season with eight consecutive conference wins, a streak that began with a complete-game shutout victory against Austin Peay on Apr. 6…struck out at least 10 batters on five separate occasions, including 13 in wins against Campbell on Feb. 22 and Morehead State on May 3, the fourth most in program history…came up huge in the OVC tournament in posting a 2-1 record with three complete games, giving up only four earned runs in 20 innings of playoff work…struck out 10 and gave up two earned in a complete-game victory in Tech’s dramatic comeback win against No. 1 Jacksonville State in the OVC Tournament on May 9…fanned seven and surrendered one earned run in a complete-game effort against UT Martin to push the Golden Eagles to an elimination game win in the OVC Tournament on May 8…came within four outs of a no-hitter in tossing her first complete-game shutout in a 1-0 win over Radford on Feb. 23…had a doubleheader to remember against in a Tech twin bill sweep over Southeast Missouri on Apr. 19, hurling a complete-game shutout victory in the opener, before earning her first collegiate save with 2.1 shutout innings in the second game…tossed a complete-game shutout, surrendering just two hits in a win over Tennessee State on Apr. 12.

OXFORD, Ala. – Gabby LaSala started the game with an exclamation, but Eastern Kentucky responded in force as the Colonels scored in every inning, including six in the third inning as EKU run-ruled the Golden Eagles 11-2 in five innings to end Tech’s season. COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – The weather may have dampened the field at Tennessee Tech’s softball stadium, but it wasn’t going to rain on the team’s Senior Day celebration. The doubleheader against Jacksonville State was cancelled, ending Tech’s regular season at 16-28, 8-8 in Ohio Valley Conference play. The bracket for next week’s OVC Tournament in Oxford, Ala., will be announced this weekend following the conclusion of the entire regular-season slate.

RICHMOND, Ky. -- Late efforts by Eastern Kentucky spoiled Tennessee Tech's try at an Ohio Valley Conference win on Saturday as the Colonels took both ends of the twinbill, beating the Golden Eagles 3-2 in 10 innings in game one, then won 8-3 in game two. Danielle Liberatore (7-9) took the loss in the opener as she allowed three runs on 11 hits in 9 1/3 innings of work, walking two and striking out nine.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- A six-run second inning was all the Tennessee Tech softball team needed to jump-start its offense on Wednesday as the Golden Eagles cruised to an 8-0, five-inning victory over Chattanooga. Seven different Golden Eagles recorded hits and grabbed RBI in the contest. Demi Coleman led the offense with two hits, while Bayli Cruse drove in two runs.
MURRAY, Ky. – In both games Friday, the Tennessee Tech softball team collected clutch hits to tie Murray State late and send the contests into extra innings. But once the games got there, each one went in separate directions as the Golden Eagles added two runs in the eighth inning of game one to take a 3-2 victory, then the Racers collected a walk-off run in the bottom of the eighth in game two to earn a 3-2 win of their own.

KENNESAW, Ga. – Hallie Davis and Alyssa Richards provided the firepower on Friday as the Tennessee Tech softball team defeated East Tennessee State 8-6 in eight innings to open up the Owl Challenge at Kennesaw State. Davis and Richards each went yard for the Golden Eagles (5-15) with the sophomore transfer Davis knocking two out of the park. The duo combined for seven RBI in the contest, Richards with four and Davis with three.

However, the runs just weren't enough as Tech saw Middle Tennessee hit an extra-inning walkoff in the eighth inning for a 5-3 win, then Georgia Southern edged the Golden Eagles 8-7 in the afternoon contest on Saturday.
STATESBORO, Ga. – The first day of action for the Tennessee Tech softball team saw the Golden Eagles have a tough time coming up with timely hits on Friday as Tech dropped a 6-3 decision to UNC Greensboro, then a six-inning, 10-0 loss to No. 15 Tennessee at the Eagle Round Robin at Georgia Southern.
