Drew sat out his freshman campaign as a redshirt and is now highly anticipating his Golden Eagle debut...brings a competitive spirit and an ability to succeed...named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll to recognize his academic achievements.
AT TECH - (In 2010): Drew competed in the
Western Kentucky and TTU Invitational meets...achieved a best time
of 35:42 at the TTU Invitational.
(2009): Drew sat out his freshman season as a
redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Drew comes to Tech from Cumberland
County High School in nearby Crossville...competed for the Jets
under coach and father Louie DeLorenzo...competed in the 800m,
1600m, 3200m and 5k events.
PERSONAL: Drew is the son of Louie and Laura
DeLorenzo...full name is Drew Larson DeLorenzo...birthday is
November 11, 1990...majoring in history...is the brother of fellow
Golden Eagle teammate Joseph DeLorenzo.
