2023: Played in nine games, collecting 12 total tackles -- six solo and six assisted ... averaged 1.3 tackles per game ... had 3.0 tackles-for-loss for eight yards, including a six-yard sack against UT Martin (11/4/23) ... also forced a fumble against UT Martin (11/4/23) ... had a season-best three tackles vs. Gardner-Webb (11/11/23).
2022: Saw action in 11 games, recording 14 total tackles -- three solo and 11 assisted... averaged 1.3 tackles per game ... had 2.5 tackles-for-loss for 13 yards, including 1.5 sacks for 10 yards ... also forced a fumble.
Fall 2021: Saw action in five games ... recorded four tackles -- two solo and two assisted -- including one for-loss for four yards.
Spring 2021: Played in the season finale against UT Martin ... recorded a career-best two tackles in the game.
HIGH SCHOOL: A force on the defensive line, Brooks recorded 84 tackles as a junior with eight sacks, then had 73 tackles and seven sacks as a senior with a rushing and receiving touchdown. Brooks was a first-team All-Region 4-A selection and was a Recruit Georgia All-State honorable mention. A three-sport athlete, Brooks played football, basketball and baseball.
