Ryan made the move from quarterback to wide receiver and showed excellent growth and progess during the 2010 spring drills at his new position...joined the Golden Eagles as a walk-on single caller and was a redshirt in his first season...played a role in helping the team by directing the scout team offense.
AT TECH - (IN 2009): Joined the Golden Eagles, but spent his first season as a redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played football at Columbia Central High School for coach Vance Belew...earned three letters as a quarterback...ran 1500 yards rushing and threw 28 TDs totaling 2,560 yards during his high school career...earned two letters in basketball and one in soccer...helped his soccer team win a region and district championship...made All Region in football two years.
