2015 (R-Freshman): Flick appeared in all 55 games for the Golden Eagles, making 53 starts as the team’s designated hitter… finished the season batting .275 with 57 hits, 16 doubles, 10 home runs, 39 runs scored, 57 RBI and 28 walks… set the freshman program mark with 57 RBI, ranking 44th in the nation, 10th in the OVC and 12th in Tech history for a single season… tied the school record for home runs by a freshman held by Zach Stephens (2011) and Matt Ballard (1989)… ranked second on the team with a .498 slugging percentage and finished the year with a .371 on base percentage… tallied  season-highs with four hits and six RBI at Eastern Kentucky (May 15), scoring two runs and smacking a home run… hit one home run in all three games of the Murray State series (Apr. 17-18)… hit a walk-off single through the right side to give Tech a 9-8 victory over Morehead State (Mar. 9)… drove in four or more runs five times on the year and recorded multiple RBI in 16 games… posted multiple hits in 18 games and drew multiple walks in five games… put together an eight-game hitting streak (Mar. 24-Apr. 3), raising his batting average nearly 30 points… became just the second Golden Eagle named OVC Rookie of the Year (Cole Helms, 2002)… also named to the OVC All-Freshman Team… earned Collegiate Baseball Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American honors.

Summer Baseball: 2015 - played summer ball for the Strasburg Express of the Valley League… finished the league with a .232 average, 19 hits, three doubles, five home runs, 11 runs scored, 21 RBI and 12 walks.

High School: Flick played first base for Mike Breuninger for three seasons at Sullivan East High School… named team MVP after his junior and senior campaigns… as a junior, batted .402 with 46 RBI and 12 home runs… followed it up batting .389 with 15 home runs and 47 RBI as a senior… led SEHS to a regular season conference championship as a sophomore… earned Three Rivers Conference MVP as a junior and senior… named to Johnson City Press Super 22 Team after his junior and senior seasons… collected Bristol Herald Courier All-Area Team honors his final two years… as a senior, earned First-Team All-State accolades from the Tennessee Sports Writers Association and Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association… named Eastman Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior and graduated as the valedictorian of his class.
