Bio
With over 25 years of experience as an educator for both the middle and high school levels, as well as 18 years of instruction for developmental courses at a community college, Virginia Moore Lewis is responsible for providing academic support to Golden Eagle student-athletes. She works with Dr. Leveda Birdwell in the Tech Athletic Department's Academic Support program.
With a master’s degree in English Literature, Lewis’ main educational focus amongst the athletes is writing. She also monitors the WIN study halls and compiles the accumulated study hours for each athlete.
The New Jersey native is known across campus as “Miss Virginia.”
