Bio
Gayle Burgess Hastings posted a 102-29 record, won three state championships, two regional titles, and appeared in three national tournaments during her four seasons in Tech basketball. She was the all-time leading scorer when her career ended. She was named All-American in 1975-76 and was chosen All-State three times. In addition to basketball, she also lettered twice in volleyball and was named to the State All-Tournament Team in 1975.
