Game of the Year went to the Tech baseball team's win over Ole Miss to clinch its first NCAA Regional championship and the OVC's first appearance in an NCAA Super Regional. Tech defeated Ole Miss for the second time in the same day – against a team that had only lost two home games all season – after trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the sixth.
