Tech student athletes lend a hand at Special Olympics

Last week, several Tennessee Tech student athletes were on hand at Tucker Stadium to help out at the Tennessee Special Olympics. The Golden Eagles handed out ribbons and supervised the events and games.


COOKEVILLE, Tenn. -- Last week, several Tennessee Tech student athletes were on hand at Tucker Stadium to help out at the Tennessee Special Olympics. The Golden Eagles handed out ribbons and supervised the events and games.

Representatives of Tech's football, soccer and women's basketball teams were among those volunteering their time. In the video below, senior basketball player Kylie Cook talks about her experience.
