COOKEVILLE, Tenn. – With class back in session, the Tennessee Tech softball team is getting ready to put the cleats back on and take to the diamond for a series of fall ball games.

Tech opens its fall exhibition slate on Sept. 29 with a doubleheader against Georgia Highlands Community College, starting at Noon. The Golden Eagles then host Motlow State CC for a twinbill on Oct. 4, starting at 4 p.m. Tech concludes its fall games with a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Oct. 13 against Cleveland State.

"These are great games to showcase the new members of our team and see what they can do," said Tech head coach Bonnie Graham. "It's also an opportunity for our returning players to get a little bit of a refresher course. All in all, these will help us get ready for the 2019 season and these are some good programs to get in those first swings."

All those games will be at the Tech Softball Field and admission is free.
