Before Tech: Lee played for King College and placed second in the Conference Carolinas North Greenville Fall Classic.

High School: Attended Christian Academy of Knoxville High School. Was awarded CAK's Most Valuable Player in 2009. Lee placed second in the 2010 A-AA Division 1 state tournament and was also named to the All-State team the same year. Lee helped claim back to back region and state chamipionships in 2009 and 2010 along with the district title in 2010. Recently he won the 2012 Knoxville City Amatuer.
