AT TECH -- In 2008-09: Blake only qualified for two events on the season, but posted Tech's third best round average with 75.0...low round of 72 came at the UT Martin Skyhawk Classic where he posted a 72-75-72--219 and finished tied for 22nd....

In 2007-08: Blake received the team's Longest Hitter award following his junior season...qualified for Tech's lineup for three tournaments and finished the year with a 76.0 stroke average in his nine rounds...best outing of the year was at the Murray State Spring Invitational, where he tied for 14th place with 71-72-75--218 total...also played in the Jackson State Invitational (227 and tied for 34th place) and the Showdown in the Valley (239 and tied for 37th place).

In 2006-07: Blake worked his way through qualifying rounds to play in three tournaments as a sophomore, shooting eight rounds and averaging 82.0 strokes...lowest round was a 72 in the final round of the Birmingham Southern Shootout (Oct. 31)...highest finish was 50th place at the Western Carolina Intercollegiate.

In 2005-06: Was a member of the Golden Eagle squad, but did not qualify for tournament action.

AS A PREP: Earned five letters under coach Charles “Pokey” Looper, fashioning an average of 74.6 per 18 holes...named a member of the all-state team.

PERSONAL: The son of Bobby and Elaine Garrison of Cookeville... birthdate is December 28, 1986...full name is William Blake Garrison...enrolled in accounting.
