Tickets for OVC-hosted NCAA Tournament games go on sale Saturday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tickets for the preliminary rounds of the 2012 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship, including the 2nd/3rd rounds which will be held in Nashville and hosted by the Ohio Valley Conference, go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. local time Saturday.

First Four, second- and third-round games or regional competition tickets can be purchased at NCAA.com http://www.ncaa.com/mbbtickets All fans currently have the opportunity to purchase tickets through PrimeSport, the official ticket and hospitality package provider of the NCAA.

The 2012 championship begins with the First Four, four first-round games taking place in Dayton on March 13 and 14. Second- and third-round action takes place in Albuquerque, Louisville, Pittsburgh and Portland on March 15 and 17; while Columbus, Greensboro, Nashville and Omaha will host second- and third-round games on March 16 and 18.

Boston will serve as the East Regional site and Phoenix will host the West Regional on March 22 and 24. Atlanta will host the South Regional and St. Louis will be the site for the Midwest Regional on March 23 and 25.

The 74th Men's Final Four will take place March 31 and April 2 in New Orleans.
