Brannon made the short journey from Livingston to Cookeville to join the Golden Eagle roster two years ago and spent his first season at Tennessee Tech as a redshirt...used his time well with diligent work in the weight room...increased his strength and speed while also learning the system...saw one game in 2011, Sept. 24 against SEMO...intelligent player with a keen insight for the game, having prepped under his father, assistant coach Danny McCoin, at Livingston Academy... has made one appearance on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
